General Information
The site comprises of approximately 17 acres of private grassland, woodland, a network of shallow gorges, and an “in character” Iron Age village.
Accomodation is camping or in the iron age roundhouses. Campfires are allowed and firewood can be forraged for onsite.
NB: There is no mains electricity on site, and all rubbish must be removed from the site. There is a local rubbish tip at Oak Quarry, Nr Coleford (~1.5 miles away), open 8:00am – 7:45pm in summer, 8:00am – 4:45pm in winter.

In General, head for Coleford, then follow signs for Clearwell Caves - the site is directly opposite.
From the North:
From the M5 J8, take the M50 South-West
At the end of the M50 follow the A40 South towards Wales and the Wye Valley
Exit onto the A4137
Take the B4228 South towards Coleford
From Coleford, follow signs for Clearwell Caves - the site is directly opposite.
From the South East:
From the M4 J21, take the M48 West
At J2 take the third exit from the roundabout, onto the A446 North
At the first roundabout take the third exit, onto the A48 North
Take the B4228 North towards Coleford
From Coleford, follow signs for Clearwell Caves - the site is directly opposite.
From the South West:
From the M4 J24 take the A449 North
Take the A40 North
Exit onto the A4137
Take the B4228 South towards Coleford
From Coleford, follow signs for Clearwell Caves - the site is directly opposite.
